Furniture rental proposition discovery
Working closely with a researcher and designer, we carried out in-depth interviews with participants to define who our target customer was and what their wants and needs were for a furniture rental service.
I built out the content strategy by ideating themes off the back of the discovery work we carried out.
I started the content strategy by sketching out content requirements by separating out the ‘structure’ and the ‘substance’.
I created narratives as a form of storytelling for each use case to create a sense of empathy within the product team.
