I worked with the design agency Pentagram to create the 404 and 500 error pages for John Lewis & Partners’ rebrand. We were tasked with embedding the pared-back tone of voice into the content for the contentious yet necessary pages.

I created content principles for the design system at John Lewis & Partners. We tested different styles to see which people found most usable, accessible and frankly less annoying.
